SUBJECT: AUTHORIZED LIBERIAN FILING AGENTS

REFERENCES: SEA-006 - Minimum Requirements To Become An Authorized Liberian Filing Agent.

Marine Notice SEA-006 was published January 2024 to ensure that all Authorized Liberian Filing Agents were aware of the documentation which must be on file with this Administration in order to be compliant with Liberia’s policies and procedures as required by STCW in Article IV, Regulations I/7, I/8, and Sections A-I/7 and A-I/8.

Accordingly, Authorized Liberian Filing Agents were requested to submit the required documentation to the Seafarers Certification and Documentation Department by 31 May 2024.

Taking into consideration the feedback provided by the Authorized Liberian Filing Agents, that deadline has been extended for an additional thirty days to 30 June 2024.
