Subject: Ingosstrakh Insurance Company
Dear Shipowner/Operator:
The purpose of this Marine Advisory is to inform that the subject insurance company Ingosstrakh Insurance Company is no longer authorized to issue certificates of insurance (blue cards) to any Liberian flagged vessel.
Recognizing this inconvenience, Liberian flagged vessels currently with blue cards issued by the subject company are granted a grace period of 90 days from the date of this Marine Advisory or until the current insurance policy expires, whichever occurs earlier, to obtain the appropriate coverage from an accepted P&I Club or and Insurance Company
The list of accepted P&I Clubs or and Insurance Companies has been published as Marine Advisory
