RE: Continuous Synopsis Record.

The Continuous Synopsis Record is required by the ISPS Code to be on every ship subject to the code by 1 July 2004. This document is intended to provide an on-board record of who is responsible for the management, inspection, survey and audit of the ship at any point in time after 1 July 2004. The Administration will issue a Continuous Synopsis Record for each ship entitled to fly the Liberian flag and it shall contain all of the information provided on the attached form.

We have sent you the attached form to be returned to this office so we can complete and confirm the data in our system and send you an accurate Continuous Synopsis Record for each of your Liberian Flag ships. Please return the completed forms to:
